Signature Carrier (and other products made from woven material)

Please reference the tag on your Signature Carrier for its fabric content and wash instructions. If any animal fibers are present (i.e. wool, silk), please handwash only.

We recommend spot cleaning your Signature Carrier as needed with a soft cloth, soap and warm water.

For 100% cotton wrap conversions, machine wash when necessary in cold water, on delicate cycle, with mild detergent. Air dry.

Tula Baby Carrier & Toddler Carrier

We recommend spot cleaning your Tula Baby Carrier and Toddler Carrier as needed with a soft cloth, soap and warm water. Machine wash when necessary in cold water, on delicate cycle, with mild detergent. Air dry.

Baby Tula Ring Sling

We recommend washing your sling before use. Machine wash when necessary in cold water, on delicate cycle, with mild detergent. Tumble low or hang dry. Spot clean your ring sling as needed with a soft cloth, soap and warm water. We recommend steam ironing your wraps to help with softening and prevent creasing.

For bamboo Ring Slings, air dry only.

Baby Tula Woven Wrap

We recommend washing your wrap before use. Machine wash when necessary in cold water, on delicate cycle, with mild detergent. Tumble low or hang dry. Spot clean your ring sling as needed with a soft cloth, soap and warm water. We recommend steam ironing your wraps to help with softening and prevent creasing.

For bamboo Woven Wraps, air dry only.

Baby Tula Infant Insert

We encourage regular maintenance of the Infant Insert by using a soft cloth, soap and warm water. We recommend only washing when necessary, in cold, on the delicate cycle, with mild detergent and then air drying. (Do not machine wash too often).

Tula Baby Blanket

Tula Baby Blankets are made from natural fibers and should be washed with care. Wash in cold water, on delicate cycle. Tumble dry on low heat separate from other articles of clothing that could potentially snag or tear the delicate fabric of the blanket. Only use non-chlorine bleach as needed and avoid ironing. It is natural for this fabric to experience some shrinkage upon washing.

Torba Handbag

Please be gentle with your  Torba– treat it with care by keeping it away from direct sunlight and protecting it from inclement weather.  You will notice that your bag acquires many of the qualities of a well broken in woven wrap when used regularly.  We encourage regular maintenance of your Tula Torba by spot cleaning with a soft cloth, soap and warm water. Machine wash only when necessary, on a cold, delicate cycle with mild detergent and then air dry flat.

Tula Mini Toy Carrier

Machine Wash Cold, Do Not Bleach, Line or Flat Dry (Do Not Tumble Dry), Do Not Iron, Do Not Dry Clean.

Kids Backpack

Wipe clean with warm water and mild detergent. Hang and air dry.

Cover-Up

Machine wash cold, use mild detergent when washing, cold rinse, do not bleach, normal spin, line dry, do not iron, do not dry clean.

Hip Pouch

We recommend spot cleaning your Hip Pouch as needed with a soft cloth, soap and warm water. Machine wash the pouch only (not the strap) when necessary in cold water, on delicate cycle, with mild detergent. Air dry.

 

LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

All carriers, including Tula Baby Carriers, Woven Wraps, Ring Slings, and Wrap Conversion carriers have a one-year warranty against manufacturing flaws. In the rare instance in which there is a manufacturing issue or flaw, Baby Tula will work with you to provide you with a refund, repair, or exchange. Tula products are handmade and may have slight variations that do not affect their use or safety. Normal wear, fabric fading, minor size differences, common/normal wrap nubs or flaws, and sewing varieties are not considered manufacturing flaws and are not covered under the warranty. Baby Tula is not responsible for warranty coverage if the product has been altered in any way. The term “altered” is defined as including, without limit, dyeing, painting, embroidery, and fabric additions or removals made after purchase. Baby Tula also not responsible for warranty coverage for any item that has been purchased secondhand.
